Why would they need to give any excuses or reasons?
All they need to do is stay quiet and people will start ignoring the threads that you start and keep alive. We've already seen two dozen "the PA is dead" threads.
The difference between the PA and your alliance/coalition/whatever is that they don't need to fight anyone to stay alive, but you do.
The moment you run out of enemies is the moment you start dying.
Then the only thing for you to do is go search for new enemies willing to fight you on a grand scale, or start losing people.
(I'm sure you have grand plans for Shiva and the future -RKK members can't seem to be able to stop posting about that- but how many of your members will really have the patience to wait?)
PA used an excuse not to engage us but i guess u have no clue about that.
As for shiva i offically LOL shiva, we aint even got t2 full if anyone thinks we're gonna see much from shiva within a year of its release you are deluding yourselfs. CCP are gonan give it out in dribs and dabs i doubt we'll see anything useful until Q2 05.
